Markki involved in Kiasma roof renovation
Pelti-Ässät Oy was responsible for the extensive roof renovation at Kiasma, and Sara-Steel Oy supplied high-quality Rheinzink® materials for the titanium zinc roof to meet the demanding requirements of the project. In addition, we manufactured the roof bridges and fasteners at our sister company Markki Oy, ensuring the safety and durability of the structures.
One of the most significant aspects of the project was the design and implementation of a snow guard solution in accordance with the architects' wishes. At Markki Oy, we developed an impressive and technically advanced solution in which no fastenings are visible at the front of the barriers, combining aesthetics and functionality. The special products were tested by Eurofins Expert Services Oy at our factory, which guarantees the reliability and compliance of the solutions with standards.
